Our Puma 400 has the capability to handle up to 28" dia. Swing with a 42" work length and a 5" Dia. Spindle thru. If you need spools, sleeves, pistons, valve assemblies and families of screw machine parts, our 6", 8" and 10" CNC lathes can handle large production line with exceptional capabilities.

Our customers drawings are redrawn using Cad/Cam software. This ensures that both the customer is getting what it wants and we can perform the job efficiently and with savings. All phases of UM's operations - from planning, through final production are overseen by highly qualified Q.C. personnel insuring, quality product. Since its founding, UM has put an emphasis on manufacturing innovation, quality, and productivity. A continuous effort to upgrade our inspection equipment insures accuracy and dependability—resulting in customer satisfaction and conformance to specifications in all areas.

Our engineering department endeavors to learn about the function of the part within the assembly, the critical areas are discussed and then we began to reengineer the part. It is important to establish trust and loyalty between vendor and customer. The same loyalty we have between our inspection department and manufacturing personnel, together making a winning combination.
