We inspect parts with a control chart and some are checked against our CMM equipped with QC5000 software along with a program designed for that part.

Quality control Our reputation started as machine builders for the automotive industries and has evolved into an array of many fields. From simple single station machines to multiple manufacturing cells for companies like GM, Abex, Bosch, and Chrysler.
Our plant is designed to produce everything in house which lowers our customers cost and reduces time. Our engineering team is fully integrated with the latest Cad/Cam software version 14 and 2000 along with the latest MRP– Epicor Vista. Giving our customers full access to design questions as well as progress on their parts.
